Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University (MAHGU), established in 2016 under the Government of Uttarakhand Act No. 33, is a private institution located in Dhaid Gaon, Pokhra Block, Pauri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand, India. The admission process for the B.Des program at the university includes the following steps:

1. Fill the application form through the Himalayan Garhwal University Website.
2. Fulfill the eligibility criteria.
3. Appear for the Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University Entrance Examination (MAHGUEE).
4. Qualifying candidates are required to appear for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round.
5. A merit list of the selected candidates will then be released by the university.
6. The selected candidates then need to verify their documents and pay the admission fee. Documents to be submitted are:

• The candidate should have passed the 12th or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks for open category and 40% marks for reserved category.
