The UCEED exam is organized by IIT for the admission of Bachelor of Design courses. This test assesses the capabilities of a candidate in terms of reasoning ability, spatial reasoning, and other skills. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 19, 2025. The test is essential for admission to the B.Des programs offered by IITs and other prestigious design colleges in India.
Exam Pattern
The exam is broadly divided into two parts. Part A is conducted online on a computer and consists of 57 questions based on MCQs and NATs (Numerical Answer Type). Part B is conducted offline and includes only two questions based on sketching. However, the total marks for the exam remain 100. The weightage of Part A is two-thirds, while the weightage of Part B is one-third.
