ImaginXP refers to Giggle Galaxy Private Limited having tis registered office at 401, 4th floor, Golden Empire Building, opposite to Syngenta Baner, Pune. (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement), we provide You with the best quality products delivered to You in the best condition at the best time.
You hereby agree that the Product including but not limited to stationary, merchandise or such other products as and when updated (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) on https://imaginxp.com (hereinafter referred as “Website”) from time to time. On purchase, We’ll send you an email or mobile confirmation on the details shared by You while purchasing via our Website. You acknowledge and agree that purchases are shipped from ImaginXP via third party courier service providers PAN India.Â
You agree and acknowledge that ImaginXP appoints third-party courier service providers for making order deliveries. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, You agree and acknowledge that once the Product is delivered to You the risk in the Product transfers to You. ImaginXP in any manner shall not be responsible for any defect, damage, loss, destruction occurring to the Products after the delivery of the Products is complete. The Products will be delivered through Delivery or any other third-party courier service provider as and when updated by ImaginXP from time to time to provide you with the fastest delivery of your purchase.
You agree and acknowledge that any defect, damage, loss, destruction occurring to the Products before the delivery of the Product to You shall lie against ImaginXP, who will reimburse the entire amount paid at the time of your purchase via our Website in your original payment method, to You. You acknowledge that ImaginXP’s maximum liability lies only up to the amount paid by You at the time of placing the order through the Website.
You acknowledge and agree that ImaginXP shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of Products for the third-party courier and logistics. You may track your purchase by visiting the ‘Track my order’ section on the third-party courier service provider’s Website by mentioning your tracking number as shared with you after the purchase.
You acknowledge and agree that ImaginXP has no responsibility for Products signed by a person who is not party to this contract or who is not authorised for the purchase made other than the person purchasing the Product at the address indicated at the time of purchasing the order. Since You authorise the transactions, ImaginXP does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order and no refund shall be initiated if You have provided wrong or incomplete address. You acknowledge and agree that ImaginXP is not responsible for any damage caused to the Product after delivery.
Delivery to the address provided by You at the time of checkout will take place through third-party courier service provider and it usually takes 3-7 business days (Business Days are Monday to Friday excluding National Holidays within India). You acknowledge and agree that the estimate delivery date on the checkout page is just estimation and may subject to change. ImaginXP shall not be held liable if the delivery doesn’t take place within the estimated timeline as an exact delivery date cannot be determined. However, in case if you are seeking any additional information or if there is a significant delay in delivery due to some unforeseen circumstances then we will ensure that we will notify to you at the earliest possible.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the third-party courier service provider shall try to deliver the Product three times at the suggested address. You agree that on non-receipt at the entered shipping address on three occasions, the Product shall be returned to ImaginXP. You acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided to You during such an event. The Product will be held with ImaginXP for fifteen days on return receipt. You agree and acknowledge that You shall bear the courier charges for (a) Product return to ImaginXP despite third-party courier service provider’s best effort; (b) couriering the Product again to You and (3) any other costs incurred in subsequently sending the courier back to You (4) false claims made by You.
