IIFA Bangalore B.Des Admission Process: Eligibility, Exam Pattern, and Selection Process

Approved by AICTE Delhi IIFA Institute, Bangalore is one of the candidate’s favourite Universities to get their bachelor’s of design. IIFA Bangalore Admission Process

The BDes exam has been conducted in January  And the last date for online registration for admission is 5th February 2025. Candidates can opt for a Dual Degree Program at IIFA Multimedia.  In addition,  candidates will get a free laptop for all under-graduation and post-graduation degrees when they make the full payment of course fees in one go. Alternatively, they can also make the lump sum payment with the help of educational loans. The university provides two options to get admission into IIFA:

PROCEDURE 1: “WALK-IN” PROCEDURE

Under this procedure, candidates can walk directly to the main office and get the details to seek help.  They can purchase the application form from the front office and fill in the application.  Two passport-size photographs should be submitted along with a duly filled form.  Likewise, the fee payment can be done on the same date either through cash or cheque. Once the transaction is completed the enrollment procedure is done. Students are personally informed about the date of commencement of their course through Email/SMS.

PROCEDURE 2: “REGISTER – ONLINE” SCHEDULE

If the candidates are applying from other states and cannot register in the physical state before the verification. They can also apply under an online schedule.  Such students can get information regarding their choice of programme by call. They can fill up the application form online and submit the same along with the online application form peace can be paid by cheque or DD which favours integrated interior fashion and animation educational trust. Once the procedure is done, the students are personally informed about the date of commencement of their course.

IIFA Bangalore Eligibility

The basic eligibility is to pass 12th grade from any recognised central or State University for a bachelor’s of design. The candidate can have any background in science, commerce or humanities. 

IIFA Bangalore Fee Structure

IIFA Multimedia Mangalore has annual course fees of Rs 1,50,000.    Candidates must know that B.Des in advanced interior design & 3D Visualization and B.Des in advance fashion design and Textile Design courses are autonomous courses.

IIFA Bangalore Exam Pattern

IIFA follows a merit-based selection process. However, through proper counselling, candidates with good rankings in national exams such as UCEED and NIFT may be admitted on the same basis.

Outstation students are provided with hostel facilities.  So any candidate coming from different states of India can have a home-like feeling at the college. In addition, IIFA is one of the few in university that also offers to help candidates get a PG accommodation.
