The IES University provides Diplomas, UG, PG and Doctoral level courses in various professional streams including Education, Engineering, Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Design, Journalism and Mass Communication, BAMS, etc along with Pre-Nursery to K-12 schools having 2 branches each at Bhopal and Sehore. The sprawling 55 acres landscaped campus at Bhopal has been awarded the first ever ‘Gold Certified Green Campus’ by IGBC Hyderabad, Clean Campus Award by AICTE, New Delhi, and has also got the privilege of being the first Tobacco Free Campus of M.P. by M.P. IES University B.Des Admission Process 2025
The admission process for the B.Des program at the university includes the following steps:
- Fill the online application form through the IES University Website.
- Submit the following documents:
- Marks sheet of class 10th standard
- Marks sheet of class 12th standard
- Transfer certificate (if required)
- Character certificate
- Passport-size photographs
- Appear for the Entrance Exam conducted by the university.
- Shortlisted candidates then need to appear for the Personal Interview process.
- Fulfill the eligibility criteria as prescribed below in the blog.
- Merit list be released based upon the scores.
- The selected candidates then need to verify their documents and pay the admission fee.

The eligibility criteria for the B.Des program at the university is given below:

IES University B.Des Exam Pattern 2025
While the data about the entrance exam conducted by the university for the B.Des program is not available, some common entrance tests conducted for design programs in India are:
- NIFT Entrance Exam: The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts an entrance exam known as the NIFT Entrance Exam. This exam is a common admission test for various B.Des. programs related to fashion and design.
- CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design): CEED is another widely recognized entrance exam for admission to design programs. It is conducted jointly by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and is used for admission to various design courses, including B.Des.
