JD Institute of Fashion Technology Admission Process

To get admission into JDIFT, candidates must go through a three-step process. First, visit their official website and fill out the form. After verification via OTP, candidates must submit the application form and pay the admission fee of Rs. 1,103. Once the payment is confirmed, candidates will receive their admit card via email within three days. This admit card should be used to appear for JDIFTGAT, using the link provided from home or on the allotted date. If candidates qualify and meet all criteria, they can book their seat and confirm their admission.

JD IFT Courses and Fees Structure

To be eligible for JDIFT’s undergraduate programs, candidates must have at least 50% aggregate marks in Class 12. There are over 90 seats available for undergraduate design courses, and the fee range may vary from Rs. 5.4 lakh to Rs. 5.25 lakh.

JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi Admission Eligibility

JDIFT Delhi offers courses in undergraduate, diploma, and postgraduate programs. For undergraduate courses, it offers Bachelor’s of Design and Bachelor’s of Science, for which candidates must have completed Class 12. For postgraduate courses, such as Masters in Design or Masters in Science, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

If a candidate is opting for an advanced diploma, they must have passed Class 12. Likewise, for postgraduate diplomas in interior design or fashion design, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or a three-year diploma in any discipline from a recognized university.

How to prepare for JD IFT Exam Pattern

JDIFTGAT is organized to assess the caliber of candidates for design courses. The exam is of two hours and is conducted online, and the admit card will be available by February 25th, 2025. The exam will be held on March 1st, 2025, and the last date to confirm your seat will be March 10th, 2025. JD Institute of Fashion Technology GAT syllabus is quite similar to other competitive design exams such as NID Prelims, UCEED, etc.

JD IFT, Jalandhar Selection Process

If the candidate qualifies the process and verifies their documents, they must receive their result within the stipulated time via their registered email ID for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. They will be expected to reserve their seat by paying the registration amount of INR 35,000 within 3 working days. Once the payment is done, voila, your admission is confirmed.
