Srishti Institute of Art Eligibility Criteria: 

Aspiring designers need to have certain minimum qualifications to get into the Sristhi manipal institute of Art. Given below are the details for the Sristhi Manipal institute of art eligibility criteria:

1-Year PG Diploma (Bridge)– 3/4-year UG degree or 4-year UG diploma in Art/Design or 5-year UG degree from recognized institutions
1-Year PG Diploma (Finish)– Same as Bridge Program. Option to exit with PG Diploma after 1 year of MA.
2-Year PG Professional– NSQF Level 8 or 3-year UG + 1-year PG Diploma- 4-year UG or 5-year UG degree from recognized institutions
2-Year PG Arts Program– NSQF Level 8 or 3-year UG + 1-year PG Diploma- 4-year UG or 5-year UG degree from recognized institutions

Srishti Institute of Art Admission and Selection(2025-26)

  1. Nationality Categories: Admissions are open to Indian Nationals (General Category), OCI/PIO (Overseas Citizen of India/Person of Indian Origin), and NRI/Foreign applicants. NRI/Foreign applicants must verify equivalence of prior learning through the Association of Indian Universities.
  1. Application Process: Applicants can apply for multiple courses in one application, listing them in order of preference. The online application process requires uploading all necessary documents and payment of a non-refundable fee. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified.
  1. Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must meet the minimum educational qualifications for their desired course. Those awaiting exam results can apply but must submit final documents upon admission. Providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification.
  1. Admission Rounds: Applicants may apply in only one round per academic year. They can apply for multiple courses within a round, but rounds are restricted based on course and seat availability.
  1. SMEAT 2025_UGPP Exam: The exam consists of two tests: a general ability test and a theme-based test. Applicants may be exempt from Test 1 if they meet UCEED or SAT criteria. Admissions are merit-based on test performance.
  1. Results and Admission: Results are categorized as Accept, Waitlist, or Regret. Fee payment confirms admission, and provisional admission may be granted to applicants awaiting results, subject to document submission.

Note: The decisions of the Srishti Manipal Admissions Committee are final. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Srishti Manipal, Bangalore.

Srishti Institute of Art Counseling 2025:

The counseling for SMEAT 2025 will be conducted separately for each round. Round I Counseling will begin on May 7, 2025. Given below is the process as follows:

  • Seat Confirmation: Eligible candidates must pay the caution deposit or 1st installment to confirm their seat.
  • Fee Payment: Candidates allocated a seat must pay the required fees (Part 1 or Part 2) before the given deadline. 
  • Shortlisting for Counseling: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their SMEAT 2025 scores.
  • Seat Allotment: Seats will be allocated based on the merit rank of the candidate and the course chosen for admission.
