ISDI follows the ISDI Challenge to admit students into all of its undergraduate design courses. The application process usually begins in September, with the last date for acceptance extending until January as per previous dates. To increase your chances of success, make sure to use previous year’s question papers to understand the exam pattern and effectively prepare for the ISDI DAT exam. Practicing these questions will help you familiarize yourself with the types of questions that may appear and allow you to manage your time efficiently during the test.
Exam Pattern
ISDI Challenge follows three steps for their admissions. As Step one, candidates can submit their portfolio or create a design project given by ISDI. Next, candidates must take the Design Aptitude Test, which is an MCQ exam with four parts assessing the candidate’s general awareness, logical reasoning, analytical and quantitative thinking, as well as storytelling through design. Finally, the candidate has a 25-minute online interview.
