IIAD (Institute of Arts and Design) is one of the most coveted institutes for designing courses. It offers design undergraduate programs in fields such as Communication Design, Animation & Film Design, User Experience, Product Design, Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Fashion Business Management, and Luxury Business Management. To secure admission to IIAD, candidates must go through the IDAT exam. IDAT is designed to assess cultural awareness, logical thinking, and visual ability. This exam serves as the first step, followed by a studio interview.

iDAT Exam Pattern 

The exam is divided into sections, carrying a total of 200 marks, with a duration of 150 minutes. These sections test a candidate’s language skills, logical reasoning, and creative thinking abilities.
